A first appointment includes:

A specific and thorough exam to investigate musculoskeletal health and integrity

Posture and balance evaluation

Surface Electromyography to evaluate muscle tension around the spine, showing muscular compensation patterns for spinal disorders

If imaging is necessary, we will refer you for that service
After all crucial information is collected, Dr. Cestaro will discuss and review her findings. She will answer any and all questions, as well as determine a recommendation of care that is best for you.
